Mr Gall will be responsible for ensuring all clients are set up for success and have a positive experience with Essential Tech.
The new role adds to the company’s management team and highlights the serious commitment that Essential Tech is placing on positive customer experiences.
Mr Gall brings with him a wealth of IT and customer service experience, with 10 plus years in the ICT industry. With qualifications in IT, he started his career on the helpdesk. He has climbed the ranks moving into engineering and project management roles.
