We build AI agents, MCP servers and data platforms that connect AI to your practice management, document management and business systems, with the security, permissions and governance a professional services firm needs.

The challenge
Generic AI tools don’t know your clients, matters or files. Connecting them properly is where the value is, and where the risk is if it’s done carelessly.
Client, matter and financial information sits across practice management, document management, email and finance systems, so answers take hours to pull together.
Staff paste client information into public AI tools to get help, with no control over where it goes.
AI that can read or act on firm data needs the same access controls, logging and approvals as a person.
Reporting is built by hand from exports, so leaders don’t trust the numbers or get them in time.
What we build
One accountable partner for the integration, the AI and the security around it.
We build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that give AI assistants controlled, permission-aware access to your systems and data, so tools like Claude and Copilot can work with your information without copying it around.
Custom AI agents built in Azure AI Foundry for multi-step work across your systems, running in your own Azure environment with enterprise security and monitoring.
Agents inside Microsoft 365 and Teams that answer questions from your knowledge, guide staff through processes and trigger approved workflows.
Integration with your practice management, document management, CRM, finance and line-of-business systems, including LEAP, Actionstep, Smokeball, Clio and Unity where the vendor provides API access.
A governed data platform that brings your systems together, so reporting, dashboards and AI work from one trusted source.
Access controls, data classification, logging, acceptable-use rules and human approval steps designed in from the start, not added later.
Example use cases
Every firm is different. These are the kinds of outcomes we design for, scoped to your systems and priorities.
Ask questions across matter files, documents and emails and get answers with links back to the source, limited to what that person is allowed to see.
Capture new enquiries, check them against your systems and route them to the right person with the details already gathered.
Produce first-pass letters, file notes and summaries from your own precedents and matter data, ready for professional review.
Practice, financial and service reporting from Microsoft Fabric, refreshed automatically instead of rebuilt in spreadsheets.
Agents that gather evidence for audits, insurer questionnaires and client security reviews from the systems that hold it.
Approvals, onboarding and recurring admin handled by agents and Power Automate, with people approving the steps that matter.
Security first
Connecting AI to client data is a security decision as much as a technology one. We design it that way.
Agents and MCP servers only see what the signed-in person can already access. Nothing is opened up just because AI is involved.
Wherever possible we build in your own Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, using enterprise AI services where Microsoft commits that your data isn’t used to train its models.
Every request and action an agent takes is logged, so you can see what happened and why.
Agents can draft, prepare and recommend. Steps that matter, like sending, filing or approving, can require a person to confirm.
Acceptable-use rules, data classification and an owner for each agent, aligned to how we run our own ISO 27001:2022 certified security.
How we deliver
Start small with one high-value use case, prove it, then extend.
01
We map your systems, data and the outcomes that matter, and confirm what each system’s vendor allows us to connect.
02
A scoped design and written proposal: which agents, which data, which controls and what success looks like.
03
We build, connect and test in your environment, with permissions, logging and approvals in place before go-live.
04
We support, monitor and extend what’s working, and retire what isn’t, as part of your managed service or as a project.

Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to systems and data through a defined set of tools. An MCP server sits between the AI and your system, controlling exactly what the AI can see and do, and logging what it does.
We design solutions around enterprise AI services, such as Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft 365 Copilot, where Microsoft commits that your data isn’t used to train its models. We confirm the services and data handling for your solution in the proposal.
Usually, yes. We connect to systems such as LEAP, Actionstep, Smokeball, Clio and Unity, and to document management, CRM and finance platforms, where the vendor provides API access. We confirm what’s possible for your systems during discovery.
It depends on the solution. Copilot Studio agents and Microsoft 365 Copilot need the right Microsoft licensing, while Azure AI Foundry agents and MCP servers run on Azure services. We recommend the most cost-effective option for each use case.
Yes. We monitor, maintain and improve agents and integrations as part of your managed service or under an agreed support arrangement, so they keep working as your systems change.
